Marmalade Glazed Chicken

Combine all the ingredients except for the chicken to make up the marinade. Remove skin from chicken & slice to create thinner fillets, (now you'll have 8 fillets). Place the chicken fillets in the marinade for at least 30 minutes. Save some in a separate bowl to use as a sauce.

Grill the chicken fillets on each side over low to medium heat, until well browned and glazed.
* If you forgot to save some of the marinade for a sauce, do not use the marinade the raw chicken has been in - you will need to make up a fresh batch to serve as a dressing over the cooked chicken fillets, if desired.
