Method:
Sauté prawns with bacon bits in butter with 'pinch ingredients' for 4-5 minutes. Turnover prawns when pink. Reduce heat and add garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Add 'dash ingredients' and beer (if using) and cover to simmer for 2-3 minutes more.
