Big Andy's BBQ Prawns
Ingredients:
- 2kg shelled prawns
- 1 pkt bacon (chopped)
- Generous 'dob' of butter
- Pinch of paprika, lemon pepper, salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
- Tablespoon of minced garlic
- Dash of worcestershire sauce and lemon juice
- Half a cup of beer (optional)
Method:
Sauté prawns with bacon bits in butter with 'pinch ingredients' for 4-5 minutes. Turnover prawns when pink. Reduce heat and add garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Add 'dash ingredients' and beer (if using) and cover to simmer for 2-3 minutes more.
