Grilled Whiting with Honey Mustard Glaze

Ingredients:

  • Whiting fillets - brushed with oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Healthy dash of dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons warm water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 pinch salt - to taste
  • 1 pinch black pepper - to taste

Method:
Mix ingredients, except for the Whiting Fillets.
Brush each fillet lightly with oil and then season with salt and pepper. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes. Turn the fish over carefully only once to mark the surface; cook to desired texture. Combine honey, mustard, warm water and soy sauce to form a glaze. Brush flesh side of fish with the glaze before removing from grill. Serve with fresh coleslaw or salad of choice.
