Big Andy's BBQ Prawns

Ingredients:

  • 2kg shelled prawns
  • 1 pkt bacon (chopped)
  • Generous 'dob' of butter
  • Pinch of paprika, lemon pepper, salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste.
  • Tablespoon of minced garlic
  • Dash of worcestershire sauce and lemon juice
  • Half a cup of beer (optional)

Method:
Sauté prawns with bacon bits in butter with 'pinch ingredients' for 4-5 minutes. Turnover prawns when pink. Reduce heat and add garlic and sauté for 1 minute more. Add 'dash ingredients' and beer (if using) and cover to simmer for 2-3 minutes more.
